Anthology is a three-disc/three-cassette box set that provides a comprehensive overview of Selena's brief career. The set is divided into three parts—a disc of mariachi, a disc of cumbia and a disc of pop recordings, many of which are in English. Most but not all are either Remix, Club Remix, or different style, and version of all songs listed here.

Description: Disc 1; Is all Remix of early to now Selena songs except "Missing My Baby". All Songs Are in order from English to Spanish songs. The Single "Anthology Disc 1 Sampler" was released a couple of weeks after its released it contains "Always Mine", "Don't Throw Away My Love", "La Bamba", "I'm Getting Used To You" (Club Remix), and "Disco Medley (Full; Club Remix).
Mariachi
Description: Disc 2; Contains 10 tracks remixed as a "Mariachi" version except "Siempre Hace Frio", "Que Creias", and "Tu Solo Tu". The single "Anthology Disc 2 Sampler" was as well released a couple of weeks after its released with tracks 1-6.
Cumbia
Description: Disc 3; Contains 10 remixed "Cumbia" added version songs of Selena's early songs except "Baila Esta Cumba", "La Llamada", and "No Debes Jugar". The single as all the others was released after "Anthology" was released. The songs on the single was tracks 1-6.
The Cassette of "Anthology" was released the same day as the Box Set. Unlike the Box Set; the Cassette only had a handful of some picked songs not all.
Two single-disc CDs were released as EPs for the album, Anthology. Such songs are geared to their musical styles, such as Pop which includes most of this album's Pop songs. The second EP, Rancheras, includes most of this album's Cumbia and Mariachi songs.
